Registration / Participation Fees

Please register for the event by accessing the section “REGISTRATION“.

Resident physician listed as first authors are exempt from the participation fee if registered by October 20th, 2025 (inclusive).
Event participation fees can be paid using one of the following methods:
– by bank transfer to the account IRO Iasi Association, IBAN code: RO27 BRDE 240S V164 7875 2400, opened at BRD Iasi, CIF: 30505790;

– Online with a credit card, through the application on the website www.oncologieiasi.ro, by accessing the section “Payments”, from My account.

VALIDATION OF REGISTRATION FOR CONFER
Your registration for CONFER 2025 will be confirmed once the event operator receives either copies of the payment documents or the corresponding payment details.
Copies or details of the payment documents can be sent using one of the following methods:
• by filling out the section “Payments” from the section My account;
• by e-mail, as a scanned document and attached to the email, to the address: contact@oncologieiasi.ro

The document that certifies the payment of fees must clearly specify the participant’s name, city, and the note “Confer 2025 – Participation Fee“.

IMPORTANT! For online payments made through the registration application on the website, the proof of payment is automatically recorded in the system, and there is no need to send it via the methods listed above.

Until October 20th, 2025 (inclusive), the participation fee can be refunded (minus bank fees) upon the participant’s request. Starting from October 21st, 2025, the participation fee will no longer be refunded.

Services included in the conference participation fee – physical attendance:

• event materials (bag, badge, program);
• access to scientific sessions;
• access to the medical exhibition;
• a certificate of participation with CME credits;
• access to the official opening and welcome cocktail, lunch meals, and coffee breaks provided by the organizers.
