BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Hotel reservations are not valid without proof of full payment for the entire accommodation period. Reservations without payment are considered null and void.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are accepted only by email or written notification to the conference organizer’s address. Up to October 15th, 2025, 95% of the paid amount will be refunded; nothing will be refunded thereafter..
